Organisational Structure
An unincorporated organisation made up of a Management Committee which consists of 12 individuals, Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and members.
The professional skills and experience is wide and varied bringing a wealth of knowledge to the organisation. There are also client members as Trustees, who play an important role in the decision process of the organisation.
Staffing
In order to respond to the increased needs identified and to increase the level of service it is necessary to employ paid staff, who have been DBS checked, to carry out the various duties and respond effectively to the increasing demands for the service.
Manager – The Manager works full time five days a week and has over ten years experience of managing the resources and centre effectively. She however has been involved in the organisation for over ten years in various roles as volunteer in the day centre, previously a Trustee, and as a former teacher, is currently a teacher and Coordinator at the Saturday school as well as being a volunteer in the Broad Green Youth club. She also worked as a training and employment advisor.
Various other staffing roles are Coordinator, Support Worker, Cook, Assistant Cook, Cleaner
